What's in a name?

One of our specialities is naming. We’ve named new products, new businesses and new buildings. It’s important work. After all, a brand or business name is the first thing that hits the customer. It has to be sharp. It has to memorable. It has to communicate the philosophy of the people behind it. We write snappy slogans and taglines too. Here are some them.

Canny Move
The smarter way to buy and sell property

Canny Move is an online property portal that connects sellers with buyers. Crucially, it allows sellers to dodge estate agency fees by helping them to manage the process for themselves. The smarter way to buy and sell property? We think so.

PayPod
Making money mobile

Damalak came to us looking for a tagline that summed up how easy their mobile payment device made it for small businesses to take money on the move. We were happy to oblige.

Loc8 Code
Ireland's location service

Ireland doesn’t have a postcode system. Up until recently, that made finding places very difficult. Then GPS Ireland came up with a way of mapping the entire country to within an accuracy of six metres using a series of eight digit codes. We gave them a name and tagline for this revolutionary service, which is already supported by Garmin, Tom Tom and Google Maps.

Perrigo
The power behind the brands

Perrigo manufacture over-the-counter drugs for supermarket shelves and pharmaceutical giants. They needed a tagline that communicated the way they empower retailers to sell their own-brand tablets. That's exactly what we gave them.

Solais House

We named the new green Scottish Headquarters of the global building and engineering firm N.G. Bailey. A warm welcome is guaranteed.
