This TV commercial was written for Artavia in 2008. It's a nice little number that's all about foot fungus. But don't be put off by that description. It's nicely shot and hits the spot.
This little film was written and directed by Martin and was shot on location in and around the Spinnaker tower in Porstmouth as well as at Parker's HQ in Devon. Great job to do and fun to work on.
This TV commercial was made whilst Martin was a senior creative at Bray Leino. It was shot in Majorca. It is a lavish masterpiece of video post production. Each frame was hand painted to get the amazingly rich and colourful effects. The music was recorded especially for the commercial. Needless to say it was very, very expensive.
This was Martin's first TV commercial as a writer whilst working for Bray Leino. It was shot by Richard Crombie at Laurence Glover Films. Very nice job he did too. The launch campaign for 4head won Martin a HAAG award. That's a healthcare advertising award in case you didn't know. Hey, it still counts.
The Wrigley's Hollyoaks idents began with an idea Martin had whilst on the way to work for Bray Leino. The Wrigley's relationship with Hollyoaks was only supposed to last 6 months but this set of trailers ended up running for over a year. It even went to a second series, with an additonal 20 or so shot to add to the original 30. The relationship continues today. The idents scored really highly on recall and even won an award. In his time as a senior creative at Bray Leino, Martin was lucky enough to work on a few Wrigley's TV commercials. The example shown here was one of a group of 5 from 2005 that involved using real people and covert cameras. Some were scripted, some not. This example was totally unrehearsed. Check it out here.
