We want our clients to be absolutely delighted with our work. If, for some reason, our clients are not happy with the quality of the work, then we expect them to talk to us about it so that we can put right what is wrong. If necessary – and unless agreed otherwise in advance - we will do this until the client is happy and will not charge extra for it. However, if the work is wrong because of a change in brief, then we expect our clients to pay for the changes that are necessary as a result of that change of brief. Simple really: if we screw up we’ll fix it, if you change your mind we can fix it but will have to charge for it.
Please contact us for a quote for your job. We will stick to this price unless briefs change and will work until you are absolutely delighted with the job. We usually charge a minimum of two hours for small one-off jobs but, if you are a regular client, we usually overlook that kind of thing. So, if you need to check a full stop or want a few headline ideas before lunch, just ask – we’ll do our best to help.
It is our company policy to be fair, honest and ethical at all times. We ask that our clients treat us in the same way and do not expect us to act in any other way.
