


We ask that all our clients feed back to us and acknowledge receipt of the work. That way we can get on with something else without worrying whether or not that Internet is behaving properly. In the old days people used to phone up to say that their work had arrived. Nowadays it's all too easy to forget. Please don't. Thanks. Once the job is complete we usually try to invoice within 7 days, but if the job is ongoing or demands that we spend money to get it done we may ask for a 50% payment up front to cover costs.
